Colors In Motion is offering free monthly online Guided Practice Sessions to help you learn how to use Colors In Motion as a springboard to subtle realms of your inner world. Practicing together, we can recognize and open our systems to sensing how we are each connected to one another and to the environment around us. You are invited to participate in sharing your experience with the group or sitting quietly and witnessing. Our next guided meditation session will be Monday, October 5th at 7:30 - 8:30 pm ET. Though the session will conclude at 8:30 pm ET, you are invited to stay on for an informal conversation until 9:00 pm ET.

Recognizing our Interconnectedness
We will come into group resonance and coherence using techniques of breathing and brief guided meditation, then participate in open-eyed audio visual meditations using Colors In Motion. Together we will share what we discovered about the benefits to our nervous systems of experiencing Colors In Motion. The goal of the workshop is to recognize and open our systems to sensing how we are each connected to one another and to the environment around us, to bring awareness to our state of being when we have used a unique meditative practice like Colors In Motion to deepen the focus of our inquiry. The presentation will also explore and guide how you can help to increase people's sense of spacious presence. Please bring your friends who you would like to share a meaningful experience with.
